Our Services
Complete renovation, fit-out, repair and maintenance solutions for villas, apartments, offices and commercial properties in Dubai. Our services cover AC & HVAC, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, carpentry, ceilings, partitions, waterproofing and general technical works. Professional workmanship, quality materials and reliable project solutions - all under one roof.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared based on the information provided by the customer and, where necessary, an inspection of the site. All quotations are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Additional work, parts, materials, or requirements not included in the original quotation may be charged separately.
Booking and Scheduling
Service appointments are subject to technician availability and confirmation. Customers should provide accurate contact and property information to help us schedule and complete the requested work.
Payments
Payment terms, advance requirements, and applicable charges will be communicated in the quotation or service agreement. All payments are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed terms.
Parts and Materials
Where required, parts and materials may be supplied and charged separately unless specifically included in the quotation. Customer-supplied parts may be accepted at our discretion and may not be covered by our service warranty.
Service Warranty
Where a warranty is provided, its duration and coverage will be stated in the quotation or service documentation. Warranty coverage may not apply to customer-supplied parts, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or issues unrelated to our workmanship.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling before the scheduled service. Any applicable cancellation charges or non-refundable amounts will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the service location, accurate information about the required work, and any necessary permissions or approvals required to perform the service.
Limitation of Liability
ERTS will take reasonable care when providing its services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, inaccurate information supplied by the customer, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
